The newest entry into the Poohniverse follows Wendy Darling as she strikes out in an attempt to rescue her brother Michael from the clutches of the evil Peter Pan who intends to send him to Neverland. Along the way she meets Tinkerbell, who is twisted in this version of the story.
Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare is getting a three day limited theatrical run in the US via Iconic Events Releasing starting January 13, 2025. (12/11/24).
Director Scott Jeffrey briefly spoke about the film, saying: “This is tonally an extremely darker film to Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey. When dealing with children being abducted, it felt right. All of the films from our Poohniverse will feel different from the last. So, if one isn’t for you, then maybe the next will be. Peter Pan is the most vicious of them all. He is twisted, cruel and cunning.” (6/24/24)

Co-writer/producer Rhys Frake-Waterfield was originally going to direct, but was eventually replaced by Scott Jeffrey (Cupid, Don’t Speak, The Curse of Humpty Dumpty, Kingdom of the Dinosaurs).
It’s said that the Tinkerbell character in this film will be “addicted to pixie dust like it’s heroin.”
Co-Written by Rhys Frake-Waterfield (Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey).
This is said to be a live action horror version of Peter Pan, much like what the writer/director did with Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.
Iconic Events Releasing released Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare in Select Theaters on January 13-15, 2025.
Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare extended its Theatrical run until January 23, 2025.
Altitude released Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare on Digital, Blu-ray and DVD in the UK and Ireland on April 28, 2025.
