Compiled from suppressed footage, Subject follows a man on his way to prison who gets intercepted by a top-secret government agency. In order to serve out this sentence, he’s sent to an isolated facility to observe a terrifying creature up close.
Cineverse distributes in the US and will debut the movie on the Screambox streaming platform.
Brad Miska, Managing Director of Bloody Disgusting/Cinedigm was quoted saying: “Subject is an isolating experience that pulls you deep inside the mind of someone convinced they are going mad. Horror fans will be left to wonder who the real monster is: the prisoner, the creature or the watcher.”
